Reflection Week 4-Joel

This week, we brainstormed on our focus on our final product. We went into what we would focus on. I feel that things are shaping up and we are getting closer to our final product. We plan to do a video on how weather affects the wetlands.

I hope we will complete our research and script soon so that we may continue to proceed to going to the wetland and doing our video.

Week 4&5 Reflections

This week we did planning for our project, which will be a video. We agreed to visit Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve on a sunny day and a rainy day and film the organisms and plants found at that day. The workload will be split up and I will be doing the script while Joel will be the presenter. Jin Jie and Wei Jiong will bring their camera and video camera respectively and film or take pictures of the wetland reserve. When all is done, we will record a podcast and combine it with the video.




I feel that our team is co-operating well but we might be a little behind time. I find that we are abit lazy and the effieciency is not there as we could not complete our worksheet during the IPW lesson and our reflections are late.

Joel Kam- Week 3 Reflection

This week, our group came up with ideas on our topic. We brainstormed on things that were related to our topic, thinking about things like our guiding questions and the answers to them. Some of us researched on wetlands in Singapore and we learnt new things. I think that this project is a good learning opportunity to get hands on and go places where we rarely and have never been to. It is good too as we are able to get to see things and enjoy nature, at the same time, thinking of ways to protect, prolong these lands so that they will provide us with the necessary resources we need to survive.
